Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep industry and competitive research to understand market trends and client opportunities.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define client needs, processes, and success criteria.
  • Architect marketing processes and digital marketing strategies with actionable execution plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance across digital marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, brand strategy, and lead scoring.
  • Operate and manage HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub features, including emails, landing pages, CTAs, blogs, and social media.
  • Develop and implement marketing data requirements, personalization logic, and reporting frameworks.
  • Build dashboards to measure KPIs, performance, and ROI, and analyze reports to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for marketing processes and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for marketing processes and tech stacks.
  • Collaborate with specialist roles to deliver complete, integrated solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales discovery workshops to uncover client challenges and strategic needs.
  • Identify opportunities and solutions aligned with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist in defining scope, estimating effort, and identifying dependencies using frameworks like MoSCoW.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear communication of assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Continuously track and master the latest industry strategies, emerging technologies, and process innovations.
  • Proactively contribute to Huble's internal knowledge base, evolving propositions, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead by example by training and upskilling peers on new tools, AI capabilities, and innovative methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Documented success delivering large-scale, complex marketing programs for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, demand/lead generation, campaign execution, and the ability to connect business strategy with marketing technology execution.
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM and/or marketing platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to distill ambiguity into clarity.
  • Proactive and self-driven with an intrinsic drive to anticipate needs.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating shifting scopes and evolving client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, adept at hosting engaging workshops.
  • Collaborative team player who values collective success.
  • Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or a related discipline.
