This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, managing inquiries via phone, email, and web chat. Responsibilities include providing academic advice, offering emotional support, and resolving technical issues. The position also encompasses comprehensive administrative support throughout the student journey, from initial enrollment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students via phone, email, and web chatter.
  • Address a range of student queries and issues, including general academic advice, emotional support, and technical assistance.
  • Handle inquiries related to courses and university processes.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the student journey, from enrollment to graduation.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and other team members to ensure student success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor level degree (completed).
  • Previous experience in a support role providing excellent customer support.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • A solution-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Availability for different shift patterns.
