Your responsibilities will extend to providing sales-oriented telephone consultations to our existing gastronomy clients, assisting them with our webshop, and meticulously updating customer data. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Competent handling and response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Recording and forwarding ongoing technical device issues to the appropriate department.
- Active collaboration with field service representatives and other departments for shared success.
- Sales-oriented telephone consultation for existing customers in the gastronomy sector.
- Assisting customers with the utilization of our webshop.
- Recording customer orders across all contact channels.
- Ongoing updating of customer data.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK, etc.) and initial experience in a Customer Service Center.
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Service and customer orientation.
- High level of teamwork, commitment, and resilience.
- Independent and solution-oriented work approach.
