In this hybrid role, based in Vienna, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately logging technical device issues and collaborating closely with our sales force and other departments to achieve shared success.

Your responsibilities will extend to providing sales-oriented telephone consultations to our existing gastronomy clients, assisting them with our webshop, and meticulously updating customer data. Key Responsibilities

  • Competent handling and response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Recording and forwarding ongoing technical device issues to the appropriate department.
  • Active collaboration with field service representatives and other departments for shared success.
  • Sales-oriented telephone consultation for existing customers in the gastronomy sector.
  • Assisting customers with the utilization of our webshop.
  • Recording customer orders across all contact channels.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK, etc.) and initial experience in a Customer Service Center.
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Service and customer orientation.
  • High level of teamwork, commitment, and resilience.
  • Independent and solution-oriented work approach.
