Job Description

Equilibrium Zone (EZ) is seeking a motivated individual for a B2C Sales role within our venture management company.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location while contributing to the growth of innovative tech startups.

In this role, you will engage leads who have shown interest in offers, guiding them through product demonstrations and managing them on a CRM portal. You will facilitate customer onboarding and maintain regular check-ins to ensure a smooth product experience. Additionally, you will perform market research to identify opportunities and entry strategies, conduct cold outreach, and manage leads through a CRM to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage leads who have shown interest in offers
  • Walk the prospect through how the product works
  • Manage leads on a CRM Portal
  • At purchase, help facilitate the onboarding of the customer
  • Check with customers time to time to ensure smooth use of the product
  • Prepare other needed provisions needed for successful experience of the customer
  • Perform market research to find market opportunities and entry strategy
  • Perform cold outreach (through LinkedIn, Email, Call etc) to researched leads
  • Manage leads through a CRM
  • Close sales

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Ability to understand and explain product features
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
