Job Description

Equilibrium Zone (EZ) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Growth Management Assistant to join our venture management company.

This is a fully remote role, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth of innovative tech startups.

As a Growth Management Assistant, you will support the execution of growth campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and partnerships. You will track and report key growth metrics such as leads, conversions, and engagement in a clear format. Additionally, you will assist with content coordination, including scheduling posts and managing content calendars, and research new growth opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of growth campaigns across platforms (social media, email, partnerships, etc.)
