Your daily contributions will involve collaborating with your team to produce a wide array of baked goods, meticulously following our established recipes. You will be responsible for maintaining a pristine and safe bakery space, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key duties include interpreting production schedules, expertly mixing ingredients, shaping dough with precision, and operating ovens to achieve perfectly baked results. Effective communication with fellow bakers is essential to our team's success.

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for baking and a dedication to creating outstanding products. A strong team-player attitude, coupled with the ability to work independently, is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills and a positive approach to your work are also crucial.

Please note that this role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle frequent lifting and carrying of dough and baking trays. You should also be comfortable with pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending as necessary.
