Job Description
TGP International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Catering & Events to lead and grow its business unit.
This pivotal role involves spearheading business development initiatives and driving revenue growth across all catering and events segments. You will leverage your extensive network within the UAE to secure new opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality operations.
Key responsibilities include owning and achieving revenue targets, managing full P&L performance, and overseeing diverse business verticals such as gala dinners, corporate events, premium catering, and large-scale activations. You will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing, commercially focused team.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth across all catering and events segments
- Leverage existing client network and industry relationships to secure new business
- Own and deliver against revenue targets and pipeline conversion
- Oversee full P&L performance, including cost control and margin optimisation
- Lead and manage performance across all business verticals: Catering, Events, and Small restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational execution
- Build and lead a high-performing, commercially focused team
- Represent the business in the market, strengthening brand presence and partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the UAE catering/events market
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
- Strong existing network (“black book”) of corporate clients, event agencies, and key stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-vertical F&B or catering operations
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Excellent client management, negotiation, and leadership skills
