Job Description

Dili Bakery is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join their team and lead daily operations.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of a wide array of baked goods, including high-quality bread, cakes, and premium pastries. Your expertise will ensure consistent taste, exceptional quality, and appealing presentation for all products.

  • Good understanding of oven operations and baking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Creative, disciplined, and quality-focused
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
