Job Description

Dili Bakery is actively seeking a skilled and passionate Head Baker to join our dedicated team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily baking operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality bread, cakes, and premium pastries. Your expertise will be vital in developing and refining recipes, maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards, and managing raw materials efficiently to minimize waste.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of various bread production methods, including white bread, wheat bread, sourdough, burger buns, and dinner rolls. Proficiency in cake baking and decoration, encompassing butter cakes, sponge cakes, birthday cakes, and celebration cakes, is also essential.
