Job Description
Amexio is a global leader in digital transformation, partnering with corporate clients and government institutions to drive their digital growth. We specialize in enhancing Customer Experience, Enterprise Content Management, Customer Communication, and Structured Content Management.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our innovative team in Montreal. This hybrid role is crucial for harmonizing expectations between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, ensuring the successful evolution of our client portal platform.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for the product, owning and prioritizing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with development teams. You will also be responsible for defining acceptance criteria, conducting user acceptance testing, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced team environment towards a business transformation to support the improvement of the client portal platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the product, representing the interests of stakeholders and users.
- Consolidate content update requests from different business units (descriptive text, technical requests) and assist in prioritization.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the backlog is continually refined and updated based on evolving business needs and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, including software engineers, designers, and testers, to ensure a common understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
- Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team and the organization as a whole.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Work experience as a business analyst or product owner in agile software development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Bilingual in French and English (An asset).
- Experience with B2B applications is an asset.
