Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement structured workflows and operational systems.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Establish operational KPIs and performance tracking systems.
- Support cross-functional coordination between teams and departments.
- Lead or support operational improvement projects and implementation.
- Identify operational risks and recommend solutions that improve business continuity.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management, operations consulting, or business process improvement.
- Proven experience designing operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership to drive operational improvements.
