Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives within the Nigerian market. This role is critical for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation.
You will be responsible for conducting market research, defining ideal customer profiles, executing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline. Your expertise in negotiation and presentation will be key to influencing stakeholders and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Develop and execute effective lead generation and sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by closing deals and expanding client accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reporting.
- Act as a brand advocate, gathering market insights and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or B2B SaaS within Nigeria.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape, financial services, and regulatory framework.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and oratory skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
