Job Description
Join Bayut | dubizzle, iconic homegrown brands with a significant presence across the UAE, as a Business Development Manager. We are committed to delivering an unparalleled online search experience, connecting millions of users nationwide.
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue, enhance profitability, and foster overall business growth.
Your responsibilities will include identifying prospective clients through strategic networking and market research, and engaging both new and existing real estate accounts to expand our corporate client base.
You will meticulously document client commitments, collaborate with Sales Support for seamless onboarding, and ensure clients are fully trained to maximize their utilization of our services through comprehensive onboarding programs.
Furthermore, you will continuously monitor client health and quality metrics, manage client expectations effectively to ensure exceptional service delivery, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients through effective networking, competitor analysis, and government registration sites.
- Secure new and existing real estate accounts not currently subscribed to a Bayut & dubizzle property corporate account.
- Ensure clients' full advertising commitment to both Bayut & dubizzle and competitors is well-documented upon contract signing.
- Partner with Sales Support for efficient client onboarding and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
- Train new clients on maximizing their subscribed tools and ensure attendance at Bayut & dubizzle onboarding training.
- Monitor client health and quality metrics against management expectations.
- Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and ensure excellent service.
- Meet or exceed stipulated performance targets.
- Stay updated on property laws and local real estate development news.
- Regularly update reporting dashboards to track sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes.
- Continuous learning of business, financials, products/services, market, and account needs.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to learn new products over time.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Goal-oriented and ambitious, with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
