Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
