We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our reputable organization, a leader in the supply, installation, and maintenance of elevators, lifts, and escalators. This full-time, on-site role based in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Promote products and services through face-to-face engagement, social media, and other channels
- Utilize the full sales and marketing mix to achieve business objectives
- Understand customer segmentation and tailor solutions accordingly
- Compile daily activity reports and provide regular performance updates to management
- Organize and participate in product exhibitions, events, and presentations

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or sales in Elevators and Lifts
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in sales and marketing development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report-writing and documentation skills
- Highly organized with strong planning abilities
- Adaptable, creative, and quick to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Male candidates preferred
