Job Description
Fincra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic Commercial & Growth team. This role is instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by expanding our reach into UK and European markets, with a strategic focus on African corridors. You will be responsible for positioning Fincra as the go-to infrastructure partner for businesses requiring sophisticated cross-border payment, FX, treasury, and collection solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will engage directly with regulated financial institutions, innovative fintech companies, remittance providers, brokers, and substantial enterprises. Your expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and structuring high-value, margin-rich deals will be crucial for success. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert UK/EU-based businesses with Africa exposure into enterprise customers, driving inbound FX and cross-border transaction flows.
- Engage fintechs, remittance companies, brokers, and mid-sized financial institutions to secure high-value contracts with recurring volume.
- Navigate regulatory, treasury, and liquidity considerations in cross-border flows to structure deals with strong margin profiles.
- Holistically position payouts, collections, FX conversion, and treasury solutions to increase deal sizes and diversify revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and structured forecasting for reliable pipeline visibility and close predictability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling financial infrastructure into regulated markets.
- Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
- Familiarity with UK outbound-to-Africa flows.
- Comfort selling to CFOs, treasury teams, and regulated fintechs.
- Demonstrated success in driving enterprise revenue growth.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
