Job Description

ProDevs is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to drive lead generation and execute impactful marketing experiments. This role is crucial for enhancing how potential clients discover and engage with our services, directly contributing to business growth.

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for launching and managing paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads, meticulously monitoring performance, and optimizing based on data-driven insights. You will also support audience targeting and campaign setup to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Your efforts will directly contribute to driving inbound leads for our outsourcing, recruitment, and product offerings. You will build and manage landing pages using our existing tools and support campaign launches tied to specific hiring or business needs. A key aspect of this role involves tracking visitor-to-lead-to-meeting conversions and supporting A/B testing of messaging, creatives, and offers to continuously improve campaign and landing page performance.

Success will be measured by the qualified leads generated, improvements in campaign performance, cost-per-lead efficiency, and your contribution to meetings booked. This is an execution-focused and performance-driven role, requiring comfort with measurable targets.
