Job Description
ProDevs is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our global growth initiatives. This remote position is crucial for expanding our reach and converting opportunities into successful client partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading discovery and qualification calls with international clients, deeply understanding their business needs, and aligning them with ProDevs' innovative solutions. You will play a key part in proposal development and guiding deals through to successful closure.
Furthermore, you will cultivate strategic relationships with accelerators, tech ecosystems, and corporate partners, developing valuable hiring partnerships and collaboration channels. You will represent ProDevs in high-level strategic conversations and work closely with leadership to close deals, while also contributing to refining our market messaging based on valuable feedback.
Success in this role will be measured by the number of opportunities progressed to the proposal stage, the deals you influence or close, the partnership pipeline you create, and your overall client conversion rate.

- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Confidence in engaging international clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relationship-driven but commercially sharp
- Comfortable discussing pricing and business outcomes
- Understands global hiring or outsourcing markets
- Operates with ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working with measurable targets and outcomes
