We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Vice President, Growth & Partnerships to spearhead our commercial expansion, cultivate strategic alliances, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across B2B, B2C, and third-party product lines.
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives to achieve targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key industry players.
- Drive market expansion efforts and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to align growth objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth and partnerships team.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize commercial processes for efficiency.
- Provide executive-level reports and strategic recommendations to leadership for sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- At least 4 years of experience in senior management roles.
- Demonstrated success in fintech, technology, or startup environments.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
