Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development & Partnerships Officer to drive growth and expansion in the cross-border payments sector.
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying and launching new business corridors, developing market entry strategies, and driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.
You will also build and manage strategic partnerships, develop channel partnerships, and negotiate commercial agreements to enhance acquisition and transaction volume.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and launch new cross-border business corridors
- Develop and execute market entry strategies
- Drive pipeline generation, lead conversion, and revenue growth
- Build and manage partnerships across fintechs, banks, and payment providers
- Develop channel partnerships to drive acquisition and transaction volume
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements
- Source, negotiate, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate on revenue strategy and growth targets
- Execute growth initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media presence and brand communication
- Support campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at fintech events and forums
- Build industry relationships to enhance brand positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, or cross-border services
- Proven track record in closing partnerships and driving revenue growth
