Job Description
Oikonomakis Law Firm is seeking a proactive Network Coordinator to manage and expand our international professional network. This role is essential for facilitating our firm's global operations and supporting clients with cross-border needs.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with professional and regulatory bodies for licensing, communicating with foreign bar associations, and handling professional civil liability insurance matters. You will also coordinate office leasing arrangements globally and identify local professionals (lawyers, accountants, consultants) to support our clients. This coordinating and organizational role is key to our firm's growth and international activities.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with professional and regulatory bodies for licensing and registration matters
- Communicate with foreign bar associations and courts
- Handle matters related to professional civil liability insurance
- Coordinate office leasing arrangements worldwide
- Identify and collaborate with local professionals (lawyers, accountants, consultants) in different countries
- Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the firm's international network
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in international coordination, professional services, or regulatory liaison roles
- Experience with cross-border projects, professional networks, or office operations internationally is desirable
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, discreet, and able to work independently or in a team
- Familiarity with professional civil liability insurance and regulatory procedures is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM
- Fluency in English; additional languages valued
