Job Description
PAGES Modelling Agency is seeking an experienced Agency Lead / Business Director to spearhead its operations in Lagos. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction and growth of a leading female-focused modelling agency.
You will be responsible for driving business development, managing and nurturing agency staff, and ensuring the continued success and expansion of the agency's services to both models and clients. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lagos.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the agency.
- Drive business growth through partnerships, bookings, and opportunities.
