Alder & Velour Ltd is seeking a professional Civil Engineer to join our team in Abuja. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and overseeing a wide array of construction projects from their initial conception through to successful completion.
You will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all projects are delivered punctually, remain within budgetary constraints, and strictly adhere to all safety and environmental standards. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, interpret, and revise site layouts, blueprints, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Direct and manage site activities, including supervising contractors and labor teams.
- Perform cost estimation, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and manage project budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building construction processes, materials, and regulations.
