Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an urgent and highly organized Administrative Officer to bolster its administrative functions. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency across both office and factory environments. You will be instrumental in managing resources, coordinating logistics, and ensuring structured administrative support throughout the organization.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-8 years of administrative experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills are essential. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and a proactive, solution-driven mindset are key.

- Implement and oversee effective administrative systems to support office and plant operations.
- Manage procurement of office and production support supplies with strong cost control and inventory monitoring.
- Coordinate staff logistics, travel schedules, meetings, and facility maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, contracts, and vendor correspondence.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant government agencies on administrative matters.

Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience in administration, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good reporting and documentation capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
