Job Description

Al Ghurair Infrastructure is actively seeking experienced Construction Managers to join their team through a dedicated Walk-In Job Fair.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for civil and electrical projects.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Manage site logistics, including material procurement and equipment deployment.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management.
Proven experience managing both civil and electrical construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with project management software is a plus.
