Job Description

Are you skilled in procurement, passionate about negotiation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? You might be the perfect candidate we're looking for!

We are offering a fixed-term contract for one year.

This role involves executing procurement activities for assigned categories in strict adherence to company policies. You will actively support the implementation of category strategies in collaboration with strategic procurement and category managers.

Key responsibilities include conducting RFQs, tenders, and negotiations to secure the best value. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, managing their performance, and supporting supplier onboarding and contract renewals.

Furthermore, you will monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and optimize demand. Handling claims and resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams will be a crucial part of your duties.

Close collaboration with stakeholders from production, planning, finance, quality, and other functions is essential. You will ensure a continuous supply to support business operations, utilizing SAP and other tools for cost analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.

Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and audit requirements is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, policies, and practices.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Active knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of SAP.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience in the FMCG industry or manufacturing.
  • Preferred: CIPS certification or equivalent.
