Embark on a dynamic career in procurement with Marcura, a leader in maritime solutions. We are seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to take ownership of end-to-end procurement processes within a fast-paced, global environment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from initial sourcing and request for quotations to negotiation and the creation of purchase orders. You will be responsible for onboarding and registering new vendors in strict accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously managing purchase orders within Oracle or similar ERP systems, tracking expenditures against budgets, and coordinating seamlessly with Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders. You will also play a key role in monitoring supplier performance, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining comprehensive procurement records for archiving compliance. Furthermore, you will support invoice verification processes and collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable team.
