Job Description

Marcura is seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to manage the complete procurement lifecycle within a dynamic global setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of maritime operations.

You will be responsible for onboarding new vendors, managing purchase orders in Oracle, and tracking expenditures against budgets. Collaboration with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders is key, as is monitoring supplier performance and maintaining procurement records in compliance with company policies. Support for invoice verification and coordination with Accounts Payable will also be part of your duties.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with 2-3 years of procurement experience, particularly in IT and professional services within a fast-paced global environment. Fluency in English, experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems, and strong negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent communication abilities are also required. Exposure to contract management tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement — sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and purchase orders
  • Onboard and register new vendors in line with company policy
  • Create and manage POs in Oracle and track spend against budget
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage SLAs
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure archiving compliance
  • Support invoice verification and coordinate with Accounts Payable

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of procurement experience across IT and professional services in a fast-paced global environment
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems (NetSuite being strong preference)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to contract management tools
