Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive to join our dynamic global team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process in a fast-paced international environment.

As a Procurement Executive, you will manage critical functions including sourcing, conducting Request for Quotations (RFQs), leading negotiations, and processing purchase orders. You will be responsible for onboarding new vendors in compliance with company policies and meticulously managing purchase orders within Oracle, tracking expenditure against budget.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring supplier performance, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining accurate procurement records for compliance and archiving.

Furthermore, you will support invoice verification processes and coordinate effectively with the Accounts Payable department. This position is ideal for a proactive professional eager to grow their procurement expertise and contribute significantly to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement — sourcing, RFQs, negotiations and purchase orders
  • Onboard and register new vendors in line with company policy
  • Create and manage POs in Oracle and track spend against budget
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage SLAs
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure archiving compliance
  • Support invoice verification and coordinate with Accounts Payable

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of procurement experience across IT and professional services in a fast-paced global environment
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems (NetSuite being strong preference)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to contract management tools
