Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure healthcare providers derive maximum value from the 10mgCredit platform, fostering high levels of satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will onboard new partners, build robust relationships, and act as a key liaison between our users and the product team. You will monitor platform usage, identify opportunities for enhanced engagement, and work proactively to reduce churn and increase the lifetime value of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience in fintech, healthtech, or B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven approach to customer success
  • Empathy and understanding of healthcare providers' challenges
  • Fluency in English; French or other African languages a plus
