Job Description

Join Remote during an exciting period of growth as a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, with a specialized focus on their payroll needs.

Your core responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships, ensuring the retention and expansion of our customer base. You will be key in transforming clients into lifelong partners by delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth within our payroll offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding and expertise for Remote Payroll and HR product(s) and services.
  • Take responsibility for the entire customer journey, growing them into long-term partners with a direct focus on payroll services.
  • Manage long-term customer relationships, ensuring the success and satisfaction of payroll customers.
  • Own client retention and expansion within the payroll product and services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, manage campaigns, product promotion, and introduce new payroll features.
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide assistance to solve concerns related to our Global Payroll (PAY) product(s).
  • Gather customer feedback regularly and share with relevant teams for product and customer experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Product, and Sales teams to ensure accurate expectation setting for payroll customers.
  • Educate and train customers on key payroll information and processes to ensure their success.
  • Monitor account and customer health, prevent churn, and manage escalations, particularly those related to payroll issues.

Qualifications

  • Extensive expertise in CSM or account management roles in the international Payroll/HR tech space.
  • Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools.
  • Experience in overseeing cross-department programs and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of onboarding, growing, retaining, and developing customers.
  • Clear ability to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different levels of customer organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and demonstration skills.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to independently drive complex HR/Payroll projects forward.
