MagicSchool AI is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our mid-market school and district partners effectively leverage our generative AI platform to enhance teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing customer relationships, and facilitating the seamless integration of MagicSchool into their daily educational practices. Through proactive onboarding, comprehensive training sessions, and regular engagement, you will drive product adoption, deepen user engagement, and secure contract renewals, ultimately helping our partners achieve their strategic objectives.
This role is crucial for cultivating strong, enduring partnerships within the education community and contributing to MagicSchool's mission of reducing teacher burnout and improving student success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure at least 90% of assigned portfolio adopts MagicSchool into their weekly workflow through effective onboarding and professional development.
- Achieve a contract renewal rate of 90% or higher for the upcoming school year while maintaining a quarterly churn rate below 5%.
- Drive a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate of at least 110% annually by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing account revenue by 15% year over year.
- Monitor school health data to triage underperforming accounts and design specific intervention programs that return them to active usage.
- Build high levels of trust and influence with both teachers and administrators to secure buy-in from key decision makers on both pedagogy and budgeting.

- Educational Background: Direct experience working in education as a teacher or within an EdTech company is strongly preferred.
