We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Security Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure the robustness, speed, and resilience of our platform.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and managing our cloud infrastructure, including AWS/GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes. You will own our observability stack, encompassing metrics, alerts, and on-call rotations, ensuring seamless operations.
Your expertise will be vital in hardening our systems against threats like the OWASP Top 10 and adhering to CBN security guidelines. You will lead incident response efforts during critical times and establish a rigorous security review process for all new features.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run our cloud infra (AWS/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Own observability — metrics, alerts, on-call rotations
- Harden against OWASP Top 10 and CBN security guidelines
- Lead incident response when something breaks at 2am
- Build the security review process every new feature passes through
Qualifications
- 4+ years SRE or DevOps in a regulated environment (fintech, banking, healthtech)
- Strong on IaC, secrets management, WAF, runtime hardening
- You treat a green dashboard with suspicion
- Bonus: you've held a pager at a Nigerian PSP or bank
