Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Respond to requests for technical assistance and support.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Manage the installation and maintenance of LAN/WLAN infrastructure.
Perform general computer networking tasks.
Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in LAN/WLAN installation and general computer networking.
Minimum of a 2:2 or Lower Credit academic qualification.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting computer systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
