Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance and support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of LAN/WLAN infrastructure.
  • Perform general computer networking tasks.
  • Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in LAN/WLAN installation and general computer networking.
  • Minimum of a 2:2 or Lower Credit academic qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
