Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Manage and organize executive files and records.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and research as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and team management ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems, particularly OPERA.
