Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our GCEO.

In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with efficiency and precision.

You will leverage project management tools such as Trello and Calendly to optimize workflow and ensure timely execution of tasks. Your responsibilities will also include handling communication and interpersonal engagements on behalf of the GCEO, working independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals.

Additionally, you will assist with financial or economic-related tasks and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
