Job Description

HR SOL Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and emails.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for meetings and other engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
