Job Description

Pickle is seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to its CEO. This is a senior, close-access role within a fast-scaling fintech and digital assets business.

You will be responsible for managing the CEO's complex diary, preparing for critical meetings, and ensuring they are well-equipped for a demanding schedule. Proactivity and anticipation of needs are paramount. A significant aspect of this role involves managing the CEO's personal affairs, including family logistics and coordination with household staff, requiring exceptional judgment and unwavering confidentiality.

Key qualifications include a strong background in startups or scaleups, preferably within fintech, digital assets, or investment/asset management environments. A minimum of 5 years in a senior EA or PA role supporting a founder or C-suite executive is essential, with proven experience in managing both professional and personal support.

Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities is crucial. This is a Dubai-based, hybrid role, requiring presence in the office when the CEO is present, and confidence working with globally remote teams. Local knowledge of London is considered a bonus.
