Job Description

Tide Power is seeking a highly competent and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our General Manager.

This role is integral to the efficient functioning of our executive operations. You will be responsible for managing the General Manager's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure seamless workflow and optimal executive productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • High level of professionalism and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
