Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO). This senior role is crucial for optimizing the GCEO's effectiveness in corporate leadership, external engagement, and cross-subsidiary execution.
In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted partner, adeptly managing complex priorities, driving executive communications, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your ability to deliver high-impact documentation and insights will be key to supporting informed decision-making.
This position demands exceptional judgment, discretion, and the confidence to operate effectively at board, investor, and senior leadership levels. You will be responsible for managing the GCEO's schedule, ensuring timely preparation for engagements, and anticipating executive needs.
Key responsibilities include acting as a primary liaison, managing executive correspondence, and coordinating engagements with key internal and external parties. You will also conduct research, draft high-quality presentations and reports, and organize meetings and corporate events.
Furthermore, you will oversee complex business travel, coordinate strategic projects, and maintain organized, confidential records. Identifying and implementing administrative efficiencies will also be a core part of your role.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the GCEO’s schedule, strategically prioritizing engagements and proactively adjusting appointments.
- Ensure effective time management through timely reminders and preparation for high-priority engagements.
- Drive preparation and follow-up for all executive meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-through.
- Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support to enable focus on strategic leadership.
- Act as a primary liaison between the GCEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth, professional, and well-coordinated communication.
- Manage executive correspondence, including emails, calls, briefing notes, and presentations, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and support the GCEO’s engagement with board members, investors, partners, regulators, and senior clients.
- Conduct in-depth research on strategic, operational, or market topics as directed, delivering accurate reports and actionable insights.
- Draft, edit, and finalise high-quality presentations, board papers, reports, speeches, and executive communications.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring thorough preparation and structured follow-up.
- Plan and execute executive-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cost efficiency.
- Oversee complex business travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
- Oversee cross-functional and strategic projects on behalf of the GCEO, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across projects and subsidiaries.
- Liaise with subsidiary leadership to gather performance updates, consolidate reports, and prepare executive briefings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain organized and compliant filing and records management systems.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and executive workflows.
- Participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
