Job Description

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Treasury Front Office Analyst to join our dynamic Group Finance team in Greece. This pivotal role involves contributing significantly to the Group's business planning processes, ensuring that treasury insights are at the forefront of strategic financial decision-making.

You will be instrumental in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our FX and commodity risk strategies, delivering critical forward-looking analysis to senior management. As a trusted advisor, you will guide internal stakeholders on the financial implications of various risks. Furthermore, you will collaborate across treasury functions to enhance our risk management framework and actively support the cultivation and maintenance of key banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Group's Business Planning process by estimating, analyzing, and presenting the anticipated financial impact of the Risk Management strategy to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Track and evaluate the monthly P&L impact of FX and Commodity hedging activity across all Group countries, benchmarking actual results against expected outcomes and communicating findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Group Treasury Middle Office to streamline and enhance existing processes, with a particular focus on efficiency gains in the handling and analysis of large data sets.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that raise awareness across the Group of the purpose, mechanics, and financial impact of the Risk Management strategy.
  • Build and share knowledge and expertise with the Group Treasury team and countries.
  • Foster open, proactive communication channels with country teams and peers across functions, ensuring timely and transparent information flows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Treasury's key internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and consistency across all treasury-related activities.
  • Identify and develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable improvements to treasury processes, systems, and service delivery from the Front Office.
  • Actively build and share knowledge and expertise with the Treasury team and country finance communities, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Finance, with a strong preference for exposure to Financial Reporting associated with Treasury or Financial Risk Management.
  • A University/Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a business-related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of the valuation and accounting treatment of financial derivatives.
  • Knowledge of Hedge Accounting as an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and .NET development as a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear insights.
