Job Description
Decentralized Masters is actively seeking a dedicated DeFi Analyst and Educator to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pioneering DeFi educational platform, working closely with the Director of Education, Product Manager, and other expert analysts and mentors. We are looking for an individual with a profound commitment to customer success, eager to take significant action and demonstrate leadership in the decentralized finance space.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Web3 technology and education. You will empower a diverse community of learners, translating complex DeFi and crypto concepts into understandable insights. Your expertise will not only educate but also guide investors towards long-term success in the dynamic world of decentralized finance.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 10 or more hour-long live sessions per week, teaching DeFi concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
- Take responsibility for, support, and track the success of approximately 400 students every six months.
- Explain complex DeFi and crypto concepts in a simplified, easy-to-understand manner (ELI5).
- Create comprehensive research reports on various crypto projects.
- Share in-depth knowledge of DeFi and crypto projects with the community.
- Write two short articles per week focusing on DeFi, tools, projects, ecosystems, and news.
- Create video content and Loom recordings on various topics as needed.
- Perform trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work within the EST (Eastern Standard Time) or APAC (Asia-Pacific) time zone.
- Proven experience in leading education initiatives, programs, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong exposure within the DeFi community and an active social media presence.
- Must be an active user of DeFi protocols and platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of the broader crypto and blockchain space.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to discuss and explain technical concepts and solutions in a simplified manner.
- Extreme open-mindedness to new ideas and a mindset of continuous learning.
