We are actively seeking an experienced and highly meticulous Finance Officer to lead the financial operations of our dynamic real estate company. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive financial operations of the real estate company

Qualifications

BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional Certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development
Proven ability to budget and manage cash flow effectively
Strong understanding and experience in compliance and internal control frameworks
Experience in sales and property management financial aspects
