Key Responsibilities

  • Direct model audit engagements, ensuring financial models are arithmetically sound and commercially accurate.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insightful oversight throughout the delivery of assignments.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, contributing expertise and learning from collective insights.
  • Effectively communicate complex model findings and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Simplify intricate financial model issues, making them accessible and understandable for non-technical audiences.
  • Lead business development initiatives and growth ambitions for a key sector of the business.
  • Spearhead the development of client pitches and presentations.
  • Lead client calls and actively cultivate strong, lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in a financial role, ideally within a recognized advisory practice or a large corporate setting.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is highly beneficial.
  • Exhibit sector-leading expertise in Project Finance.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Hold a degree in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is advantageous.
  • Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
