- Lead multiple teams across a diverse portfolio of active assignments.
- Direct model audit engagements, ensuring financial models are arithmetically sound and commercially accurate.
- Provide strategic guidance and insightful oversight throughout the delivery of assignments.
- Critically review and interpret commercial documentation, ensuring its precise reflection within financial models.
- Drive the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for efficient project delivery.
- Mentor, train, and motivate junior team members, fostering their professional growth on assignments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, contributing expertise and learning from collective insights.
- Effectively communicate complex model findings and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Simplify intricate financial model issues, making them accessible and understandable for non-technical audiences.
- Lead business development initiatives and growth ambitions for a key sector of the business.
- Spearhead the development of client pitches and presentations.
- Lead client calls and actively cultivate strong, lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in a financial role, ideally within a recognized advisory practice or a large corporate setting.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is highly beneficial.
- Exhibit sector-leading expertise in Project Finance.
- Showcase strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Hold a degree in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is advantageous.
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
