  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Familiarity with recovery tools, loan management systems, and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and a strong ethical mindset
  • Understanding of Nigerian legal frameworks relating to debt recovery and CBN circulars on fair debt collection practices
