Job Description
Payhaven is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Operations & Growth Lead to spearhead our customer acquisition and market expansion efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will directly engage with potential users, explain our innovative foreign currency exchange services, and guide them through their initial transactions.
You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp, as well as leveraging referrals. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships that foster repeat business and contribute significantly to Payhaven's early traction and revenue growth.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to live customers and revenue streams within the fintech and FX markets. You will work closely with the founders, playing a critical role in shaping our growth strategy and learning the intricacies of fintech distribution.

- Explain Payhaven's services clearly and confidently to new customers
- Assist users in completing their first foreign exchange transactions on the platform

Qualifications
- Comfortable with prospecting and follow-up activities
- Ability to explain value propositions simply and build trust quickly
- Experience in sales, business development, fintech, FX, or payments is helpful but not mandatory
- A results-oriented mindset with a desire to see direct impact
