Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the comprehensive operations of a vibrant hotel. This pivotal role involves driving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Nightclub/Bar units. You will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience and achieving business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily hotel operations, leading and motivating departmental heads, and implementing robust standard operating procedures. You will drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage budgeting and financial reporting. Effective vendor relationship management is also key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
  • Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.
