Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 15 Airbnb units in Detroit, USA. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage operations from anywhere.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing all guest communications across booking platforms, optimizing pricing and occupancy using specialized tools, and coordinating seamless check-ins and check-outs. You will be instrumental in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a consistently high level of service and maintaining excellent property ratings.
This role requires proactive engagement with cleaners, maintenance staff, and local contacts to address any operational needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate calendar availability to prevent booking conflicts and reporting on key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, average daily rates, and guest reviews.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing short-term rentals or Airbnb properties
- Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Hostaway, PriceLabs and / or VRBO
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Reliable internet and professional remote work setup
- Ability to work full-time EST hours
