Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform assigned duties professionally in line with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all work areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow operational procedures and management instructions
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently
- Properly handle equipment, materials, and inventory where applicable
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO qualification
- OND, NCE, HND, or BSc is an added advantage (depending on position)
- Relevant hospitality or catering certification is an added advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
