Job Description
Innovasol Enterprise is seeking a specialized Travel Agent with extensive Visa Expertise to guide our clients through the intricate visa application process. This role is crucial for ensuring our travelers are fully prepared and compliant for international journeys.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in assisting travelers with visa requirements, with a particular understanding of the challenges faced by individuals holding African passports. Your role will be vital in ensuring clients are well-prepared, meet all compliance standards, and are travel-ready. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent client communication skills.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the visa application process.
- Provide expertise on visa requirements for various destinations.
- Assist clients, especially those with African passports, with documentation.
- Ensure clients are compliant with all travel regulations.
- Prepare clients for travel by ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
- Stay updated on changing visa policies and requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Travel Agent.
- Hands-on experience and expertise in visa application processes.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by African passport holders.
- Excellent client communication and advisory skills.
- Ability to work in the Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office.
- Flexible work schedule, available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
